About Our Church

We're a small, but growing congregation. Our church is very family-oriented. with warm friendly people. People are encouraged to discover their talents and the joy of serving our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Who are the Nazarenes? And who is "the Nazarene" anyway?

We understand that not everyone is familiar with our denomination. so we're glad to be able to let folks know what we stand for.

"The Nazarene'' is Jesus, of course. ''And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.'' (Matthew 2:23)

The Church of the Nazarene was organized in 1908, and is an international church with a strong emphasis on missions. We support 665 missionaries and have over 1.2 million members in more than 12,000 churches in the United States. Canada, and in 114 other world areas. The Church of the Nazarene also supports colleges and universities, elementary and secondary schools, hospitals and clinics. all around the world.
